Can you eat an orange immediately after drinking milk?
You should not eat oranges immediately after drinking milk, at least within an hour. Because once the protein in milk meets the fruit acid in oranges, it will coagulate, thus affecting the digestion and absorption of milk.
With the exception of oranges, you should not eat any acidic foods within an hour of drinking milk.
Drinking milk is mainly for supplementing nutrition, but if you eat it casually with any food, it will only cause harm to the human body.
