As a practitioner who has been in the mind-body and soul healing circle for almost 8 years, and who has also been doing Usui Reiki healing for 4 years, I have to put my words aside here - there is no one that is better between the two. If you choose the right one to suit your situation, either one will work. If you choose the wrong one, no matter how famous a healer you are, it will be in vain.

Oh, by the way, let’s get rid of the misunderstandings that many people have. Many people think that Reiki and energy healing are two different things. In fact, strictly speaking, Reiki is a branch of energy healing. It is only because it has a standardized attunement process, relatively mild and stable energy, and has a wide audience that it is often singled out and compared with other types of energy healing (such as crystal healing, singing bowl healing, quantum touch therapy, etc.).

A while ago, I picked up a little girl who was in her junior year. She had insomnia all night before the postgraduate entrance examination. She lay in bed feeling panicked, like a rabbit running around. Her friend had recommended a teacher for her to do quantum touch therapy. After the treatment, she felt her head was swollen and panicked, and she felt more energetic when she lay down. When I did Reiki on her, I specifically focused the energy on her Muladhara chakra and solar plexus. She fell asleep just ten minutes after doing it. When she woke up, she said that the empty panic in her heart was gone. She went back to sleep for almost 8 hours that night. It's not that quantum touch therapy was not good, but her energy field was scattered like a sieve at that time, and she couldn't hold the high-frequency broad-spectrum energy at all. The energy of the aura was like hot spring water that had just been exposed to the sun in spring. It was warm and not irritating, and slowly seeped in along the gaps, just enough to stabilize her.

I have also met a client who felt that Reiki was "not strong enough". He was a boy who worked in Internet operations. He had worked overtime for more than half a year, and his shoulders and neck were as hard as stone slabs. His back always felt like a weight was weighing on him. It was the first time he came to me for Reiki. After the session, he scratched his head and said he was relaxed, but he always felt like he was scratching an itch through a layer of sweater, which was not penetrated. Later, I recommended him to see my friend who does crystal therapy. The friend used black tourmaline, rhodolite and white crystal to set up a cleaning array beside him. After doing it, he got up and moved his shoulders twice. He said that most of the dullness that had been sinking for almost half a year was gone, and even his breathing felt smoother. To put it bluntly, his energy is too blocked, like a lump of paste, and the softness of the spiritual energy cannot break through it. He has to use more targeted and "sharp" directed energy to heal it.

There are indeed a lot of controversies in the circle now. Some people say that Reiki is an IQ tax, and the so-called enlightenment is a metaphysical gimmick. Some people say that energy healing in a broad sense is too confusing, and anyone can get involved, and they dare to come out to take cases after just three days of training. I don’t think there is any need to argue about right and wrong. After all, energy is very subjective. If you feel relaxed when you do it and your condition really improves after you do it, then it is useful to you. If you feel uncomfortable or even more uncomfortable after you do it, don’t try it even if others praise it.

By the way, I would like to mention one more thing. Whether it is Reiki or other energy healing, it is only a way to assist in regulating the state. If you really have organic pain, don't think of relying on this to cure the disease. Go to the hospital for a check-up first.

I usually use both. When I’m running out of time to catch up on a plan, I’ll give myself half an hour of spiritual energy to replenish my energy. When I’m stuck emotionally or feel panicky, I’ll ask a friend to do a crystal array cleansing. There’s no distinction between high and low. The one that suits your current state is the best.
