Use the thumb of your left hand or right hand to rub the acupoint, from light to heavy, then gradually reduce the intensity and relax slowly. Knead and massage for about 3 minutes repeatedly until there is a feeling of soreness and swelling under the fingers.

Use the thumb pads of both hands to rub the temples, using the same technique as the Baihui point.
