To be honest, I have been working as a skin care guide for almost 6 years, and I never give people a pat on the chest to guarantee how many days they will be cured. The quick response is that the redness and itchiness will subside in a week, while the slow response is that the hormones have accumulated on the face for several years, and the rosacea is recurring. After half a year of conditioning, there are many people who dare to apply foundation normally. There is no fixed standard answer at all.
I just picked up a 22-year-old girl a while ago. It was Chunmin who followed the trend of acid brushing a while ago, and her cheeks were as red as a monkey's butt, and there were dense rashes. It felt as rough as sandpaper, and even the skin care products stung when applied. I asked her to stop all whitening, anti-aging, and anti-acne products, wash her face with warm water in the morning and evening, and apply a repair cream with simple ingredients. When the redness was severe, soak a cotton pad in saline and leave it on for 5 minutes. She even changed her sunscreen to hard sunscreen, and wore a hat and a mask tightly when going out. It was only about 12 days. She sent me a message saying that the redness was basically gone, the rash was gone, and my face felt smooth to the touch. It took less than three weeks to return to the previous state.
But if the "foundation" of your skin is damaged, you really can't rush it. Last month, I had a 30-year-old sister. She had been using Sanwu whitening products for several years to remove freckles. Later, it turned into hormone-dependent dermatitis. When the seasons changed, her face was sore, red and hot, and yellow water flowed. It took almost 4 months of conditioning to basically stop the recurrence. To completely restore the skin to a healthy state, it will take at least half a year.
There is a lot of quarrel on the Internet about this matter now. One group says that the skin has a 28-day metabolism cycle, and no matter what, you have to wait for one cycle to see results. The other group says that there is no need to wait at all, and you can see changes in two or three days after using the right products. In fact, there is nothing wrong with both of these statements. 28 days is the epidermal metabolism cycle of young and healthy skin. If you are in your thirties or forties and your metabolism slows down, the cycle may extend to 40 days or even longer. If it is just superficial redness and small clefts, you can really see improvement in two or three days if you choose the right ingredients. However, if the dermis is damaged, you really have to calculate the cycle in "months". Some people say that you should just bare your face and let the skin repair itself without applying anything. I had a client before who suffered from mild acne. After hearing this, he went bare face for half a month. However, without applying anything, the skin became too dry and secreted more oil, which made the acne worse. It’s not that bare face is bad, but it depends on your problem and cannot be generalized.
I have seen too many people who are eager to get results. After a week of conditioning, they are busy changing products without seeing any obvious changes. Today they apply acid, tomorrow they use whitening essence, and the day after tomorrow they follow the trend and try some "overnight repair" magic device. Instead, they make the already fragile barrier worse. The problem that should have been cured in a month or two has been delayed for more than half a year and cannot be stabilized. In fact, the skin is like the succulent you planted on the balcony. Occasionally it wilts due to lack of water. Just pour some water and bask in the sun for two days to recover. If the roots are rotten, you have to cut off the rotten areas and re-root and slow down the seedlings. Ten and a half months to survive is considered fast. You can't just plant it and expect it to bloom the next day, right?
If you really want to make your skin heal faster, it’s better to do it less than anything else. Don’t always focus on the gimmicks of “whitening in 7 days” and “removing acne in 3 days”. Every step you take on your face will eventually become a stumbling block on your road to conditioning.
