    (1) The patient's foreskin opening is narrow and pinhole-like, which can cause varying degrees of difficulty in urinating. The urine flow is slow and small, and the foreskin bulges during urination.

    (2) The patient cannot turn over to clean the foreskin, and smegma accumulates in the foreskin sac. The smegma can be discharged from the foreskin orifice, or there can be small pieces in the coronal groove of the glans penis.

    (3) The patient has smegma and difficulty in urinary discharge, and is prone to balanitis. When inflammation occurs on the foreskin glans penis, the foreskin lip will be red and swollen with purulent secretions.

    (5) The patient has incarcerated phimosis, severe pain, foreskin edema, a narrow ring visible on the upper edge, and the glans penis is dark purple. It is accompanied by difficulty urinating, and necrosis of the foreskin and glans may occur with long-term incarceration.
